Stand Up Paddleboarding

SUP was taken from the traditional surfing in Hawaii, but instead uses a longer board and paddle to increase the workout. You can kneel or stand, using the paddle to propel yourself across the smooth waters.

Benefits: Improved muscle tone and balance, accompanied by outstanding views!
